Floralwall @ DUMBO Arts Fest
Documentation of the two-channel video projection Floralwall (Skull & Void), commissioned for the DUMBO Arts Festival in Brooklyn and winner of the 'Best Public Art' festival award.
This installation features a constantly evolving pattern of 3D generated flowers projected on the aged brick walls of the Tobacco Warehouse, a Civil War-era historic structure turned event/cultural space, located on the riverfront in Brooklyn Bridge Park. (2010)
Floralwall @ MoMA, NYC
The installation was restaged at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC as part of the museum’s annual film center gala. Three large scale projections filled the atrium with digital flowers blooming and decaying, a constant still-life-in-motion, a contemporary reimagining of the vanitas. (2010)
